Our ADAS Repair Process

Diagnostics Scan Before Disassembly

We start by identifying the specific ADAS systems your car is equipped with. Scanning the vehicle will then identify the systems that are no longer functioning properly. After that, we note all the advanced driver assistance systems that will be affected by the repair process.

Before proceeding, we provide you with a full report of the scan codes that need to be repaired on the vehicle.

Structural Alignment

Our ADAS recalibration experts will pre-scan the vehicle for damage and conduct meticulous structural measurements to identify all underlying damage. We will then proceed to repair all damaged parts through OEM repair procedures and using only genuine auto body parts at one of our partner body shops.

Wheel Alignment

Before we can start fixing the car’s ADAS systems, we first need to ensure perfect wheel alignment. We will also inspect the wheels for any underlying damage and conduct all necessary repairs to ensure the best results.

ADAS Calibration and Repair

Using our top-of-the-line ADAS recalibration technology, our expert technicians will validate the ride height, level the floor of the vehicle, calibrate tire pressure and fuel levels and calibrate for all the belongings in the vehicle.

After that, we will move on to fine tuning the systems and precision calibration. We will then perform a test drive to ensure all ADAS sensors are performing as intended. After the test drive, we will perform a complete post-calibration health scan.

Post-Scan Health Check

We need to ensure all ADAS repairs were successful before handing you the keys, so we’ll perform a final health check and inspect the vehicle one last time.
